Bladimir started his career as a sales associate at Chiclets Adams. His rapid advancement led him to a top sales position and subsequently to a managerial role at Sears Reebok. His outstanding performance earned him leadership positions at Tropigas, Honduras's leading gas company, and as President of Dandy's Futbal Club a national professional soccer team. Bladimir also contributed his expertise as a member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce for young entrepreneurs. His career culminated in his role as General Manager of Productos Atlas S.A. de C.V. (Grupo Atlas), a major industrial equipment supplier in Central America, where he was honored as the Executive of the Year in 1996.

Bladimir immigrated to the U.S. from Honduras, Central America, in the early 1980s, Upon settling in the United States, Bladimir continued his professional journey as the Marketing Director for Ria Envia, a globally recognized money wiring company.
