For over 30 years David Balen brought a wealth of expertise in title insurance industry handling residential, commercial, industrial, litigation, land use development, escrow, litigation, probate and short sales. Over the past decade David has been deeply committed to community service. He actively participates in local initiatives as past President, Vice President and member of the Porter Ranch Neighborhood Council, Past President of the Renaissance HOA of Porter Ranch, LAPD Devonshire Division- CPAB, City of Los Angeles Homelessness Liaison, Supports Local City and County Fire Departments and has Chair of Friends of Porter Ranch Golf raising funds.

David's extensive involvement extends to the Porter Ranch Community School Board of Directors, where he contributes to enhancing educational environments.
