With over 30 years of dedicated service in Social Services, Rosemarie Leon brings a wealth of experience and passion to the board of our Valor Gardens community project, serving veterans and their families. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Ms. Leon has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals and communities. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with a diverse clientele, including active duty service members, veterans, and their families, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve a higher quality of life.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Leon currently serves as the Director for a Prevention and Resilience Office, strategizing programmatic efforts to mitigate risks impacting our service members and their mission readiness by promoting protective factors across the social ecology. Moreover, Ms. Leon is the owner of Conscious Sparx, a company dedicated to guiding professionals, couples and individuals towards a life driven by meaning and purpose through counseling, consulting, and mentoring, fostering resilience and growth.

With a deep understanding of the unique needs of veterans and proven track record of service, Ms. Leon is an invaluable asset to our project. Her vision and leadership are instrumental in creating a supportive community where veterans can flourish in their new homes.
